Weiser TILE 3000 is a light and transparent oil specially formulated with derivates of synthetic oil, environmental friendly to give an easy and complete release of concrete forms., TILE 3000 is specially suitable in the manufacture of concrete tiles and roof tiles. It facilitates mould release properties providing a better appearance, without bug holes and better finished surfaces. Does not have negative impact on operators.

APPLICATION
Cover entire cleaned mold surface with TILE 3000 as received. A Low-pressure air-less sprayer or a HVLP sprayer works well. Do not apply excess or allow excess to pool on mold surface as it will disfigure the concrete surface. TILE 3000 is compatible with most mold materials. Always test one mold for compatibility before using TILE 3000 in production.
HANDLING / STORAGE
TILE 3000 can be stored over a wide range of temperatures.
PACKAGING TILE 3000 is available in bulk quantities or packaged in 250 gallon (946 L) totes weighing 1975 lbs (896 kg) gross.
